1. Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information.

Salesly is designed to function entirely on your device. Specifically:

• We do not require account creation, sign-in, or registration.

• We do not track your usage, behavior, or interactions within the App.
• We do not use cookies, advertising identifiers, or analytics SDKs.
• We do not access your contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or other device data unless you explicitly grant permission for a specific feature (such as exporting a memo).

2. Data You Create in the App

Any data you create within Salesly — including sales calculations, memos, notes, product details, prices, totals, customer names, and any other content — is stored locally on your iOS device only.

• This data never leaves your device unless you choose to share or export it (for example, via the iOS share sheet, email, messages, or AirDrop).
• We have no access to this data at any time.
• If you delete the App, all locally stored data is permanently erased from your device. We cannot recover it.

3. iCloud and Device Backups

If you have enabled iCloud Backup on your iPhone or iPad, your device may automatically include Salesly's local data in your encrypted iCloud backup. This backup is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy and is not controlled by us. We do not access or receive any data through iCloud.

You can manage iCloud backup settings under Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → iCloud Backup on your device.

4. Third-Party Services

Salesly does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising networks, crash reporters, or tracking SDKs. The App operates independently and does not communicate with external servers.

5. Children's Privacy

Salesly is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction). Because we do not collect any personal information from anyone, no child-specific data is at risk.

6. Your Rights

Because we do not collect or store your personal data on our servers, requests typically associated with data privacy laws (such as access, correction, or deletion under the GDPR, CCPA, or India's DPDP Act) are not applicable to us — all your data already lives on your device, fully under your control.

You may:

• View, edit, or delete your data directly within the App at any time.
• Permanently remove all data by uninstalling Salesly from your device.

7. Security

Your data is protected by the security features built into iOS, including device encryption and passcode/Face ID/Touch ID protection. We recommend keeping your device's operating system up to date and enabling a device passcode for added security.

Because no data is transmitted to or stored on our servers, there is no server-side data that could be exposed in a breach involving us.

Salesly may request the following iOS permissions only when needed for specific features:
